Ordium Engineering Limited is an independent civil, structural and infrastructure engineering consultancy and contracting practice based in Port Harcourt, working with clients in Nigeria.
Our practice
A new practice, built on delivered work.
Ordium was incorporated in 2026 in Port Harcourt. It grew out of hands-on delivery — flow station location works, highway and drainage, slope and embankment protection, public buildings and residential buildings — carried out both independently and as part of larger project teams.
We work as designer, checker, owner's representative, construction supervisor and — where a client prefers a single accountable party — as the contracting entity delivering the works. Where a commission calls for a COREN-registered signatory or a specialist discipline, we bring in registered professionals from our partner network and say so openly.
Our work is grounded in BS, Eurocode and ACI practice, applied to the soils, climate and supply chain realities of the Niger Delta. We are deliberately lean: a small core practice that scales up a vetted delivery team when a project moves into execution.

Where we are today
Ordium is a new company, not a new engineer. We do not publish project counts or square metres, because a practice incorporated in 2026 has not earned them. What we offer is delivery experience across flow station location works, highway and drainage, slope and embankment protection, public buildings and residential buildings — and a willingness to tell you plainly which parts of a commission we lead and which parts we bring in registered partners for.

As an early-career Civil and Structural Engineer, I am building my career through hands-on involvement in infrastructure and building projects, including flow station location works, highway surface dressing, slope and embankment protection, and residential and public developments. My approach combines technical curiosity, disciplined engineering practice, and a commitment to delivering reliable, standards-driven solutions.
Design and delivery under one roof
We provide engineering consultancy and can also take on selected civil and structural works under a single point of accountability.
Independent checking
We offer third-party design review and verification, separate from the design team, for clients who need an extra line of assurance.
Niger Delta context
We design for the soils, rainfall, logistics and supply chains of the South-South, not just the code clauses.
Transparent partnerships
When a project needs a COREN-registered signatory or specialist input, we name the partner and define their scope.
Lean execution
A small core team scales with vetted resident engineers, supervisors and subcontractors only when the work demands it.
